Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Service Department. Under supervision, you will manage routine project documentation, materials, job costing, invoicing, and closeout, interfacing with the Admin Team Leader and service teams to ensure timely completion.

Ideal candidates have at least a year of certificate-based education and 3+ years of billing experience, with strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• One-year college or technical school certificate.
• Three (3) plus years of related billing experience and/or training.
• Lean improvements activity participation.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process service agreements in the system application.
• Process Quoted, T&M processing and invoicing.
• Handle various billing requirements and ensure timely recording of service costs.
• Coordinate with team members for accurate cost recording (materials, time, labor).
• Handle general administrative functions including purchase orders and reporting.
