Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role: shipping/receiving, parts coordination, inventory or logistics.
• Understanding of parts movement: receiving, shipping, returns, goods receipt.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability and follow-through.
• Curious, resourceful approach to researching problems and finding answers.
• Sense of urgency and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Clear communication, comfortable contacting technicians by phone or email.
• Basic Excel skills; pivot tables are helpful.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Process service parts orders and prioritize urgent requests.
• Pack parts and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Track deliveries and investigate delays or misrouted packages.
• Receive incoming parts and coordinate returns.
• Follow up on overdue or missing returns and RMAs.
• Monitor backorders and inform about delivery dates; escalate shortages.
• Resolve shipping label, address and tracking issues.
• Maintain accurate parts, shipping, and return records.
• Communicate with field technicians to resolve parts questions.
• Support inventory tracking and assist with process improvements.
