Job summary

Pat Kelly Equipment Company, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Parts & Product Coordinator to support our dealership's busy parts department. The role handles over-the-counter and phone orders, stocking tools, and coordinating with vendors across the dealer network.

This position offers personalized hybrid training (online and in-person) and the opportunity to contribute to all departments, including sales, rental, service, and parts, in a family-owned setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or vocational training/certification.
• 1–3 years of mechanical parts experience in construction/agriculture/industrial equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with construction trades and equipment.
• Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct over-the-counter and phone sales of parts, tools, and supplies
• Provide high-quality customer service and aftermarket support for all vendors Pat Kelly Equipment represents
• Research, locate, and coordinate parts orders through Pat Kelly Equipment's dealer network for customer orders and internal service work orders
• Provide insight and product recommendations to in-store customers
• Inform customer base of current or upcoming promotions, events, or opportunities
• Perform routine parts inventory counts and adjustments
• Assist with daily parts shipping/receiving logistics including unloading freight and packaging orders
• Work as a team player to support all departments (sales, rental, service, parts)
• Attend, understand, and implement training provided by OEMs Pat Kelly Equipment represents
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of parts department and warehouse
• Add value and efficiency to daily department operations
• Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the department manager
