You will report to the Service Supervisor and perform hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more, using work orders via mobile apps daily.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in multi-trade environments.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, and using digital devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding resident service and address service needs.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and flooring.
• Maintain property appearance and safety; perform grounds upkeep and related tasks.
