You will support procurement, order placement, and MSC ControlPoint solutions including VMI and Crib systems, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes on-site engagement, solution optimization, and driving MSC's value proposition while maintaining high customer satisfaction and accurate time tracking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in telephone sales, outside sales, storeroom/inventory management, or customer service.
• Knowledge of technical customer solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
• Understanding of MSC solutions, products, and services.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI, vending, and storeroom programs.
• Perform ordering, product put-away, and inventory optimization.
• Promote MSC customer loyalty through solution support and CARE program execution.
• Maintain 6S standards across all solution equipment and areas.
• Log daily activities in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Ensure appropriate stock levels (min/max) are maintained.
• Engage with customer contacts to ensure solution retention and satisfaction.
