Job summary

Edwards Vacuum LLC in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Onsite Service Engineer to deliver expert repair services for our vacuum technology solutions. You will work directly at customer sites, ensure performance, and uphold safety standards.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems, perform installations, and document activities. English fluency, strong customer focus, and able to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• AS degree or military equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant technical field experience (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or vacuum).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair various technical systems on site to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations and ensure safety compliance; document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, provide service recommendations and address customer needs promptly.
