Job summary

Werner Nugent Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Service Dispatch & Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Service Department.

This onsite role ensures service calls are scheduled, materials ordered, and communications with customers and field staff are handled efficiently. Located in Posen, IL, this full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call after-hours coordination and a pay range of $50,000–$56,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, dispatch, service coordination, or office support experience.
• Experience in plumbing, construction, mechanical service, or a related trade environment strongly preferred.
• Strong scheduling, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence communicating with customers, field staff, and internal leadership.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, scheduling systems, invoicing platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to non-emergency calls and emails after business hours.
• Coordinate with Service Plumbers to staff jobs and ensure proper staffing.
• Confirm materials are ordered and delivered according to job requirements.
• Assist in resolving service issues by coordinating with the Service Manager.
• Invoice completed service calls accurately and timely.
