Job summary

Elgin Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to join the Plumbing Division. You will coordinate daily operations, optimize technician scheduling, and ensure exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office. Full-time hours Mon-Fri with occasional overtime are available.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Lead Dispatcher to coordinate daily technician routes and schedules.
• Dispatch plumbing professionals to customer appointments efficiently and effectively.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls, inspections, site visits, estimates, and follow-up appointments.
