This contract position requires 1–3 years of Service Desk experience and familiarity with ServiceNow, Intune, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10/11. The pay range is $18.00–$20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Primarily phone, email and chat support for end users.
• Handle 30-35 calls/chats/emails daily to troubleshoot issues.
• On-site support in Cary, NC; 100% onsite as described.
