Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a 100% onsite Service Desk specialist for a contract role in Cary, NC. Expect primarily phone, email and chat support with remote troubleshooting and occasional on-site hardware assistance.

Typical daily volume includes 30–35 interactions spanning calls, chats and emails. The role requires 1–3 years in a Service Desk environment and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10/11.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Service Desk experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Intune.

Responsibilities

Description:

Our client is looking for a Service Desk that will provide primarily phone support, email and chat. This includes but is not limited to handling fixes over the phone, remote into machines, password resets and more. They will be taking about 30-35 calls, chats, emails daily to troubleshoot issues for end users. They will also support hardware in person and will be 100% on site.

This is a Contract position based out of Cary, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
