TEKsystems is seeking a 100% onsite Service Desk specialist for a contract role in Cary, NC. Expect primarily phone, email and chat support with remote troubleshooting and occasional on-site hardware assistance.

Typical daily volume includes 30–35 interactions spanning calls, chats and emails. The role requires 1–3 years in a Service Desk environment and hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Intune, Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10/11.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of Service Desk experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Intune.
• 1-3 years Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows 10/11.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primarily phone, email and chat support to end users.
• Handle fixes over the phone and remotely into user machines.
• Assist with password resets and basic hardware support on site.
