LincolnIT is looking for a Service Desk Engineer in New York to join our Managed Services team in a hybrid role. This position requires both remote and onsite support to ensure service continuity at client locations in the Bronx.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or Service Desk role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tickets and troubleshoot Level 1 issues.
• Provide onsite IT support when needed.
• Maintain strong SLA compliance and documentation.
