Job summary

Plymouth, MA-based IT support role with Onsite start and planned relocation to Rockland, MA after 4-6 months. Long-Term Contract, pay rate $21/hour on W-2 (No Benefits).

Requires 1+ year of Service Desk or Windows Technical Support, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and MFA. Familiarity with ServiceNow or Ivanti ticketing tools; VMware/Exchange/Windows Server knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Service Desk or Windows Technical Support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and MFA.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or Ivanti ticketing tools.
• Basic knowledge of VMware, Exchange, and Windows Server.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
