• Communicate with customers, coordinators, and sales regarding scheduling, quoting, and repairs.
• Enter daily labor hours accurately for payroll and work orders.
• Prepare quotes in PSQ and coordinate with PSSR as needed.
• Maintain department reports and ensure timely paperwork and invoicing.
