Job summary

HOLT Group in North Dallas is seeking a Parts and Service Advisor for CAT Compact to coordinate day-to-day operations, act as the primary contact for retail parts and service customers, process parts transactions, and prioritize service work to ensure safe, timely, high-quality results.

You will supervise technicians, review work orders, prepare quotes, and support inventory decisions to boost customer satisfaction and gross profit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional specialized or technical training.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in equipment parts, service, customer service, or dealership operations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary point of contact for retail parts and service customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Sells CAT parts and value-added dealership solutions; prepares quotes and completes parts orders and related transactions.
• Coordinates, schedules, and prioritizes service work; assigns work to technicians and communicates expectations.
• Reviews open work orders, communicates service status, and supports timely customer billing.
• Maintains accurate customer, product, parts, and service information in systems and supports reporting needs.
