Job summary

HOLT CAT in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to develop, qualify, and maintain contact with an assigned customer base, providing Legendary Customer Service while increasing sales of parts and service solutions.

You will act as the single point of contact for customers, manage direct mail campaigns, and build strong relationships with internal teams to meet annual goals. This onsite role requires a proactive sales mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of relevant experience in industrial settings preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the single point of contact for customers and performs needs analyses to provide solutions.
• Proactively manages customer accounts within the assigned territory with regular touch-points.
• Develops and qualifies equipment/parts and services leads and forwards to outside sales when appropriate.
• Responds to customer needs to improve service and satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Promotes parts, service, labor, and maintenance offerings to expand the customer base.
