Qualifications

• Five (5) years operational leadership experience required; 10 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the use of Values Based Leadership tools.
• Hires, develops, evaluates, and influences productivity and teamwork to ensure Legendary Customer Service.
• Leads CAT Support operations and manages conflicts while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Plans, monitors and controls CAT Support service activities aligned with goals and forecasts.
• Coordinates CAT Support activities with service and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develops pricing policies and practices to ensure market competitiveness.
