Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative support.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Typing 50–60 words per minute with accuracy.
• Clear and professional phone, email and written communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and ability to follow established processes.
• Reliable transportation since this is an on-site position.
