Garage Door Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to keep customers informed, move service requests forward, and support field teams in the Nashville area. The role requires organization, problem-solving, and experience in a service-based environment.

You will gather information, document details, and communicate with customers, technicians, and team members to ensure service requests progress smoothly and customer trust is maintained.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, service coordination, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative support in a professional service or field service environment.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to type 50 to 60 words per minute with accuracy.
• Clear and professional phone, email, and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to follow established processes.
• Reliable transportation since this is an on site position.

Responsabilités

• Accurately enter service tickets, purchase orders, and customer information
• Communicate professionally with customers, builders, technicians, and team members
• Help resolve customer and service issues in real time
• Determine whether an issue involves our team, another trade, or a third party
• Keep customers informed and clearly explain next steps
• Support technicians and field service operations with accurate information
• Maintain detailed notes and documentation
• Help keep service requests moving from start to finish while protecting customer trust and company interests
