Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor for our distribution team in Henderson. This on-site role focuses on customer contact, coordination of repairs, and accurate work orders to ensure smooth invoicing and warranty processing.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, experience in service or repair, and the ability to work across multiple software platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Experience in service, repair, warranty administration or related field preferred.
• Ability to use multiple software platforms and gather technical information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person at the branch.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and gather equipment and repair information.
• Prepare quotes, estimates, claims, and repair plans.
• Provide timely updates on repair status to customers.
• Create and review work orders for invoicing and warranty processing.
• Communicate the value of recommended and additional services.
• Escalate technical issues and obtain product/repair information as needed.
• Complete additional administrative tasks as required.
