Job summary

Qualifications

• STEM degree required in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in RF test methods, troubleshooting, or RF microwave product testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide test engineering support for manufacturing areas and partner with operations, quality, and production control.
• Observe, analyze, and report test data using engineering drawings and manuals.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of Digital, Analog, and RF equipment.
• Disposition non-conforming material using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, risks, and costs using Six Sigma and data-driven decisions.
