Job summary

RTX is seeking an engineering professional for an onsite role at our Tewksbury, MA facility. The position supports testing and troubleshooting of hardware and software, conducts data analysis, and contributes to system integration across the product life cycle.

The role requires a STEM degree, on-the-job training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Chief Engineers, Program Directors and Program Managers. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM major by start date.
• Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities related to testing and troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Functional analysis of real world and test data.
• Trade studies to bring advanced features to fielded systems.
• Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes.
• System integration and test support, possibly including live fire test events.
• Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders.
• Maintain engineering drawings and specifications (Schematics & Assembly Drawings).
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
