Responsibilities

• Drafting and posting job openings on recruitment platforms and the resort's website.
• Actively sourcing candidates through job boards, resume databases, ATS and social media platforms; screening resumes and applications.
• Conducting initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, availability, and fit; coordinating interviews.
• Organizing and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates; sending calendar invites and reminders.
• Maintaining and updating ATS with candidate information; tracking progress through stages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
