Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Sr Project Engineering Manager to lead capital projects supporting manufacturing and engineering initiatives at our Oxford, North Carolina facility. You will research and implement automation, manage external vendors, and collaborate with R&D, marketing, and packaging teams to launch projects that improve production efficiency.

The role requires 8–10 years of engineering experience, a BS in engineering, and strong leadership to drive cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in engineering roles.
• Thorough technical knowledge of packaging equipment and systems.
• Ability to lead, motivate and organize professional and craft workforce.
• Ability to methodically troubleshoot complex systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and implement automation and manufacturing concepts with justification, feasibility, specs, timeline and cost for existing and new products.
• Lead and coordinate design, development and installation of equipment with unique capabilities.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, packaging and industrial engineering on new product development.
• Interface with internal stakeholders to ensure final results meet expectations.
• Provide technical specifications for equipment to be purchased; conduct acceptance testing at fabricator facility.
• Identify and evaluate cost saving opportunities and keep abreast of packaging equipment developments.
• Design and manage building of equipment with external machine shops and vendors; manage upgrades to meet production needs.
• Use project management tools for project development and execution.
