Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Oxford, NC seeks a Sr Project Engineering Manager to lead capital projects supporting manufacturing and engineering initiatives. You will oversee automation concept development, justify projects, and ensure timely delivery of equipment and processes.

Collaborating with R&D, packaging, marketing and industrial engineering, you will shape new product introductions, supervise start-ups and training, and maintain thorough engineering records.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10 years of experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of packaging equipment and systems.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and organize workforce.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop automation and manufacturing concepts, including justification, technical feasibility, specifications, timeline, and cost for existing and new products.
  • Lead and coordinate design, development and installation of equipment to provide Revlon with unique technological capabilities.
  • Participate with R&D, marketing, packaging and industrial engineering in the creation and development of new products.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders during all phases of project development and implementation to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
  • Provide technical specifications for equipment to be purchased and conduct acceptance testing at fabrication facility.
  • Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of latest developments in commercial packaging equipment and processes.
  • Design and manage construction of equipment with outside machine shops and equipment vendors.
  • Manage implementation of machine modifications, tooling and upgrades to meet changing production requirements.
  • Utilize project-management tools in the planning and execution of projects.
  • Participate in formulating directions, ideas, policies and plans for the Engineering and Automation department.
  • Supervise machine start-up and training; provide manuals.
  • Maintain accurate engineering records including “as built” drawings and documentation.

Work Details

Shift hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Revlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support.

The base pay range for this position is $100,000 – $130,000 per year; total compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and geographic location.

Employees receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro‑rated for first‑year hire, and twelve paid holidays.
