Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facilities Mechanic III for our Bethlehem, PA area fulfillment center. You will maintain mechanical, electrical, and controls systems across conveyors, sorters, and building equipment, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor maintenance staff.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, strong TPM participation, and a commitment to safety. On‑site, 1st shift, with potential on‑call coverage and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience maintaining mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with conveyors or sortation systems in a production environment.
• At least two years of team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and VFD systems.
• Valid driver’s license and on‑call availability (days/nights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, sorters, automation, and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and analyze failures to identify root causes.
• Coordinate installations, repairs, and construction with internal teams and vendors.
• Document work, parts, and repair details in CMMS; read manuals and schematics.
• Support TPM and continuous improvement; promote safe, organized work areas; mentor teammates.
