Job summary

QVC Group in Bethlehem, PA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team on day shift. You will build initial teams, establish procedures, metrics and processes to ensure safe, efficient inbound and outbound operations.

You will manage a team of Area Managers and hourly staff, drive process improvements with the WMS, and maintain top inventory accuracy while delivering cost-effective service.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in fulfillment center/warehouse operations.
• Experience leading 50+ employees and managing inbound/outbound processes.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Build initial teams, establishing procedures, metrics and processes.
• Lead a team of Area Managers, Leads, and hourly team members.
• Develop and administer operational procedures for shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Guide strategic planning and forecasting.
• Develop teammates for career progression and learning.
