The role requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of leadership and hands-on experience in EVM, IMS baselining, and proposal development. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of leadership in mid- to large-scale technical programs.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and baselining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience bidding proposals and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple TE startup to factory deployment projects.
• Drive long-range planning for capital TE and program needs.
• Oversee TE scope, budgets, metrics, and EACs.
