Qualifications

• You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience leading Test Systems Engineering
• Experience leading the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments
• Experience with leading design, development and/or integration of test equipment
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead test systems engineering across hardware and software development, integration, verification, and maintenance.
• Guide system level test setup across environments in development and/or production.
• This position is 100% ONSITE in Goleta, CA.
