RTX’s Test Solutions Center in Goleta, CA seeks a Senior Principal Test Systems Engineer to guide system-level test across development and production environments. This onsite role demands deep hands-on expertise and a track record of leading complex hardware and test software initiatives. The position is 100% onsite in Goleta and requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• 10+ years leading Test Systems Engineering.
• Experience leading hardware and test software development, integration, verification, and maintenance.
• Experience with design, development and integration of test equipment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Guide system level test setup and operation across environments within development and/or production of Test Engineering.
• Lead design, development and/or integration of test equipment across multi-disciplined teams.
• Lead the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities.
