Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer with 8+ years of experience to design, develop, and integrate test equipment for mission-critical defense programs. This onsite role requires hands-on multi-disciplinary collaboration in the Test Solutions team.

Candidates must hold a STEM degree, strong circuit design and analysis skills, and experience with Altium, Creo, and COTS test equipment. Security clearance (Secret) is required or must be able to obtain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience or five+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience in electrical engineering, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment in multidisciplinary teams.
• Design production test stations, ITAs, and harnesses.
• Create technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis.
