Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Program Execution Lead for an on-site role in Tewksbury, MA. You will lead cost/schedule management for assigned programs, coordinate between engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery through ERBS assembly areas.

The position requires a STEM degree with 8+ years of related experience, EVMS/PDM/SAP proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills. U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience producing, interpreting, and presenting EACs to leadership.
• Experience with supply chain and procurement processes.
• Experience managing personnel, schedule, and budget in engineering or manufacturing.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and parts lists.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review EACs for assigned scope with leadership and customers.
• Manage cost and schedule for programs and provide status reports.
• Analyze financial data to assess program health and explain variances.
• Coordinate between engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Plan, schedule, and manage material procurement for the program.
• Ensure on-time delivery by coordinating with buyers and suppliers.
• Lead build activity through ERBS assembly areas to completion.
