RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a senior Mechanical Engineer to join the Advanced Airframes Department. You will develop solutions across the product lifecycle, from concept to test support, focusing on missiles, launchers, and electronics for defense programs.

You will lead small teams, perform design analyses, mentor engineers, and collaborate with structures, thermal, electronics, and suppliers. DoD Secret clearance and CREO CAD proficiency preferred; strong GD&T and manufacturing process

Competenze

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in mechanical design and manufacturing or tooling processes.
• Experience creating and updating engineering drawings using a 3D CAD tool.
• GD&T experience including tolerance analysis.
