Job summary

The Retail Network in Massachusetts is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Director of Finance to lead the Finance and Accounting function. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI development while partnering with business leaders to enable growth.

On-site role in Massachusetts with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to improve decision-making, reporting, and operational efficiency across retail, e-commerce, and related real estate entities.

Qualifications

Proven leadership of a Finance and Accounting function including forecasting, reporting, controls, and cash management.
Strong financial acumen and ability to translate insights into action.
Experience in apparel, consumer products, manufacturing, or inventory-intensive businesses preferred.
Multi-channel B2B, retail, and e-commerce experience strongly desired.
Experience with financial systems, automation, analytics, and AI applications.
Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI development, and performance analysis.
Manage cash flow, working capital, inventory economics, profitability, and banking relationships.
Oversee accounting operations, month-end close, and team development.
Provide financial leadership for related real estate entities, including budgeting and financing support.
Identify and implement AI, automation, and analytics solutions to improve reporting and efficiency.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other partners.
Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technology leaders to drive decisions.
