Progressive Leasing seeks a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A for Purchasing Power in a fast-growing fintech environment. This remote role partners with senior leaders to drive planning, forecasting, and budgeting that align with overall strategy.

You will focus on unit economics, margins, and KPI visibility, delivering actionable insights. The role emphasizes AI-enabled forecasting, scalable processes, and building a high-performing FP&A team.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or related roles, with leadership experience.
• Retail/consumer industry knowledge and familiarity with unit economics.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with business alignment.
• Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, and senior leaders for decision support.
• Analyze unit economics, margins, customer behavior, and KPIs to drive actions.
• Build and modernize forecasting models, reporting dashboards, and analytics.
• Champion AI and automation in FP&A to increase value and scalability.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team and ensure data accuracy.
