Job summary

Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A for Purchasing Power, partnering with senior leaders to modernize forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis in a retail-driven environment.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable processes to support growth while aligning with merchandising, ops, technology, and servicing. Strong leadership and finance partnerships are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A or related roles with team leadership
• Retail/merchandising knowledge and KPI focus required
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and data analytics
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/Workday) and data tools (SQL/Tableau/Power BI) advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting with operational alignment
• Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, and services leaders
• Analyze unit economics, margins, and customer cohort behavior
• Develop forecasting models and dashboards tied to business drivers
• Drive AI adoption to streamline planning and reporting
• Coach and grow a high-performing FP&A team
• Collaborate with Accounting and central PROG finance teams
• Ensure data accuracy and aligned financial reporting
