The Retail Network in Massachusetts is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Director of Finance to lead the Finance and Accounting function. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI development while partnering with business leaders to enable growth.

On-site role in Massachusetts with a focus on leveraging AI and automation to improve decision-making, reporting, and operational efficiency across retail, e-commerce, and related real estate entities.

Competenze

• Proven leadership of a Finance and Accounting function including forecasting, reporting, controls, and cash management.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience in apparel, consumer products, manufacturing, or inventory-intensive businesses preferred.
• Multi-channel B2B, retail, and e-commerce experience strongly desired.
• Experience with financial systems, automation, analytics, and AI applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Our client is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Senior Director of Finance to serve as the company’s top finance leader and a key advisor to the CEO. This role oversees Finance and Accounting, drives financial performance, strengthens operational discipline, and provides actionable insights that support business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about leveraging technology, automation, and AI to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

This role is on-site, in office in Massachusetts

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI development, and business performance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, inventory economics, profitability, and banking relationships.

• Provide financial leadership for a related real estate entity, including reporting, budgeting, and financing support.

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technology to drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications
