Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 12+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytics experience.
• Proven ownership of long-range planning or multi-year financial models.
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills, with AI experience.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Proficiency in AI models, SQL, BI tools, ERP, and planning platforms.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to connect numbers to business strategy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-range planning process and supporting framework.
• Translate corporate strategy into financial and operational targets.
• Create an ARR-based model to align Product, Sales, and Finance planning.
• Lead scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisions.
• Design and coordinate the long-range planning process with Corporate FP&A.
• Reimagine finance planning and analytics using AI.
• Build scalable AI-enabled models and workflows to strengthen planning capabilities.
