Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience on $30–$100 million commercial/industrial construction projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certified and STS-C Certification required.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade contractors.
• Manage project budget for general conditions and site services.
• Lead contractor meetings and maintain project documentation.
