• Ability to manage mid-size projects.
• Documentation, reporting and metrics experience.
• Ability to implement releases and upgrades.
• Work with senior staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains software, hardware and databases at various levels of complexity.
• Ensure data integrity, file management, workflows and data streams.
• Troubleshoot escalated hardware/software issues of moderate complexity.
• Collaborate on projects to customize functions and test upgrades.
• Design and conduct training in workflows, hardware and operating systems.
• Stay current on regulations and trends; propose complex solutions and automated tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
