Job summary

UCSF is seeking an Imaging IT Tier 2 support specialist to manage a suite of Imaging IT applications, including Workflow Orchestrator, DICOM Router, Vendor Neutral Archive, and Enterprise and Diagnostic Viewers, and AI tools. You will work with departments across the UCSF enterprise to discover dataflows, configure, test, and deploy imaging acquisition and exchange workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
5-7 years of Imaging IT support experience.
Broad knowledge of 4-5 areas of clinical applications including design, development, implementation, user support and testing.
Working knowledge of DICOM and HL7 in imaging IT operations.
Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix systems; remote management via SSH/VNC/RDP.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 support for Imaging IT applications per manager guidance.
Collaborate with UCSF departments to discover dataflows and deploy imaging workflows.
Manage upgrades and system change management; oversee outages and on-call coverage.
Maintain partnerships and present options to leadership on imaging solutions.
