Job summary

University of California, San Francisco is seeking an Imaging Engineer to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of diverse imaging and clinical equipment across departments. You will work with hardware, software, and databases, performing scheduled maintenance and supporting a preventative maintenance program while documenting actions and requests.

You will provide consultative and collaborative services to Clinical Technology leaders, analyze changing clinical needs and workflows, and help

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in biomedical imaging equipment
• Ability to train and support end users
• Ability to work with interdepartmental staff

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair imaging equipment across departments
• Provide consultative services to imaging and technology leaders
• Analyze clinical requirements to develop maintenance programs for imaging systems
• Collaborate with Clinical Technologies groups to optimize workflows and safety procedures
