Signal and Strand is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join onsite in Ontario, CA. You will own item-level forecasts, drive demand reviews, and translate customer signals into actionable plans across Sales, Supply Chain, and Production Planning.

You will mentor others and ensure Kinaxis is used effectively. The role requires 5+ years in demand planning, with proficiency in Kinaxis/Logility/Blue Yonder, and CPIM certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Planning or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems/process orientation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience developing or leading others
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Aufgaben

• Own and maintain monthly item-level forecasts across assigned customers and markets
• Lead regional and local demand reviews with Sales and Account Management
• Serve as a customer-facing demand planning expert to build forecasting confidence
• Translate demand drivers into actionable forecasts with customers and Sales
• Analyze historical trends, orders, inventory, and market signals to improve forecasts
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances, and lead root-cause actions
• Align demand and supply plans cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Planning, and Operations
• Drive continuous improvement through segmentation and improved planning processes
• Ensure planning tools like Kinaxis are used effectively
• Communicate material demand changes and risks to central Supply Planning
• Develop reporting and insights to support S&OP decisions
• Mentor team members on demand planning and S&OP skills
