Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Business Planner - Demand to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts at the Style-Color-SKU level, leveraging Logility DP and cross-functional inputs. This onsite role requires strong forecasting knowledge and the ability to present results to senior leadership.

You will collaborate across Finance, Sales, Merchandising, Replenishment and Supply Planning to ensure consensus on future demand forecasts and to optimize inventory and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of related work experience in a business-related field with a proven record of success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate demand forecasts for assigned categories.
• Present long-term demand planning scenarios for 18- to 36-month outlooks.
• Adjust forecast parameters and align with leadership strategies.
• Apply forecasting methodologies to refine demand plans.
• Analyze market and operational factors to inform inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, Replenishment and Supply Planning to gain consensus on forecasts.
• Manage risk and opportunities by category aligned with NPI process.
• Lead process and system optimization initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
• Operate with minimal supervision and demonstrate sound judgment.
