Job summary

Clearfield, Inc. in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Lead to drive the SIOP process, building consensus demand forecasts and translating them into purchasing and production signals using Epicor Kinetic/IP&O.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to capture new product introductions, promotions, and customer-specific demand signals, maintain forecast accuracy, and report KPIs to leadership in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in demand planning, SIOP/S&OP, or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP planning/purchasing; Epicor Kinetic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate monthly SIOP cycle including demand review.
• Build and maintain statistical demand forecasts with seasonality.
• Partner with Sales/Product/Marketing for new product demand signals.
• Report forecast accuracy and lead root-cause analysis for improvements.
• Translate consensus demand into purchasing and production signals via Epicor Kinetic/IP&O.
