Miniat LLC is seeking a hands-on Demand Planner to develop a reliable forecast and drive S&OP alignment. The role includes collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure service continuity and optimal inventory levels.

You will lead statistical forecasting, integrate promotions, and maintain master data while providing support across customer service functions when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, analytics, economics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in demand planning or related role.
• Hands-on with statistical forecasting models and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a data-driven demand forecast for S&OP.
• Provide approx. 25% Customer Service backup coverage.
• Lead weekly tactical S&OP and prepare demand materials.
