MSR Technology Group seeks an experienced Demand Planner to develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple product lines. You will analyze historical sales, market trends, and promotions, and execute planning activities within ERP systems, including SAP IBP/APO and S/4HANA, to drive consensus in S&OP discussions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Strong hands-on Demand Forecasting experience.
• Experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, ECC, or S/4HANA; SAP IBP/APO strongly preferred.
• Experience with S&OP / Integrated Business Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Planning and Supply Chain Planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of Manufacturing and Distribution processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts across multiple product lines.
• Analyze historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and customer inputs.
• Execute demand planning activities within ERP systems and maintain accurate planning data.
• Participate in S&OP / Integrated Business Planning and develop consensus demand plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, forecast bias, inventory levels, and supply chain KPIs.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Distribution teams to align demand and supply.
• Maintain planning parameters including safety stock, reorder points, and lead times.
• Support NPI, product transitions, and end-of-life planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve demand planning processes and system usage.
