The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS and has at least 2 years in semiconductor planning, with strong analytical, communication, and bilingual English/Korean skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years planning/scheduling in semiconductors.
• English and Korean bilingual preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Experience with SAP for Sales Operations and logistics.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers for order acknowledgment and delivery schedule.
• Manage orders from SAP entry to final shipment.
• Coordinate delivery management with HQ across the logistics cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Logistics.
• Maintain customer data and credit limits.
• Liaise between customers and operations.
• Ensure product requirements are met on time.
• Prepare ad hoc and interval business progress reports.
• Coordinate with HQ for material provisioning.
• Provide input on product support, backlog, and schedules.
• Data consolidation: forecasts, monthly sales, backlog.
• Assist product planning and order management.
• Communicate with marketing and sales to resolve issues promptly.
