Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor in San Jose, CA is seeking a Sales Specialist to track orders, verify pricing, and manage accounts with Logistics and customers. You will issue invoices, process RMAs and coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely shipments.

The role requires SAP proficiency, attention to detail, and collaboration with Sales and HQ. On-site presence in San Jose with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• BA degree or experience in Sales.
• Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers—answer questions, resolve issues.
• Track and manage product owed to customers, expediting orders, verifying pricing, coordinating with warehouse for shipping.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system.
• Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
• Manage sample requests.
• Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP.
• Prepare and provide reports to management.
