Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in corporate security or law enforcement.
• Secondary education in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred.
• CPP or PSP certifications highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols.
• Able to work independently and with a team, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident investigations and responses as the on-site regional contact.
• Maintain and troubleshoot physical security technology with audits and tests.
• Contribute to security planning, risk assessments, and intelligence gathering for events.
• Participate in safety procedures, including OHS walkthroughs, drills, and evacuation planning.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and building management.
• Conduct proactive security measures and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide support to Executive Office and assist with security projects.
• Help improve security policies and procedures.
